A Kanye West retail pop-up is coming to Melbourne this weekend

Kanye West took to Twitter announcing that 21 Pablo pop-up stores will open worldwide this weekend, with Melbourne making the list. 

 Melbourne will pay host to the pop-up retail outlet, in the wake of his divisive new album Life of Pablo. Kanye having sold a reported million dollars’ worth of merch at his pop-up in New York earlier this year.  

Unique to each city, the location will be spelt out on tees and hoodies in Cali Thornhill DeWitt’s gothic script in an array of bold shades reminiscent of his West’s Yeezy Season 3 Collection showed at Madison Square Garden in February.

And while his runway pieces might be out of reach for many—Yeezy shoes in particular have fetched astronomical prices on the resale market, his latest fashion project should give fans across the world the chance at a piece of Pablo. 

The location of the Melbourne store is 209 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy. Currently the site of Collarts, a music, audio and entertainment management college. Opening today for 3 days only. Friday 10am–8pm, Saturday 10am–6pm and Sunday 11am–5pm

Yeezy has opened pop-ups here in the past, so be prepared to get there early as stock flys.
